LB7 What's it worth?

Thinking of buying a buddies 01 lb7. What would you guys say is worth?
2001 ext cab 168,000 miles
PPE stage 5 trans with precision ml converter (my guy built it so I know it's right)
Batmo wheel
Down pipe
Pump rub kit
AirDog dg165
Traction bars
S&B intake
5" flo pro
Hid's Highs, lows and fogs
Ported turbo horn
LBZ cp3 and regulator
Deleted intake heater
4" rough country lift
17" black wheels (not sure of brand)
Injectors were done 25k ago, got them from Empire
Rebuilt front end less than 1000 miles ago
It is in decent shape, he rhino lined the rockers the interior is shot but I plan on doing a seat and carpet kit. The AC needs a leak fixed and it needs tires...

4X4 sle trim package, I think. It has cloth bucket seats and a console. Power windows and locks, he added a Bluetooth stereo and new speakers last year. Never had gaskets done but he has owned it for 8 years and I think I drove it the hardest is ever been after the Batmo wheel install. Lol... I'm sure it has good compression, but I will probably check it.

out here they dont sell for much more than that. 9-11k is the range on these trucks in the condition your talking about. the trans helps price but outside condition will also affect it. 11k isnt a spectacular deal for out here. for some reason, our market price range is low on LB7 and im seeing LLYs starting to drop too. LBZs are still holding strong

Gotcha, body is straight with no dents and paint is still in good shape. It has zero rust, the interior isnt that bad really, im just picky...

He also did upper control arms, tierods (sleeved them), cognito support kit, moog idler and pitman arms and shocks last month...

I forgot to add that it was tuned by Rob its entire tuned life, before that she was as stock as a truck can get. I'm excited about this truck, it's gonna be work truck so I dont kill my lml so bad everyday hauling tools and me and my helps dirty ass's around. I think I'm going to do a 3" drop and put some 22's on it...

Gonna drop it as low as I can and put some 22's with proxies on it, replace the seat covers with leather and do a new carpet kit. It is pretty much maxed out for a stock motor so I will probably just drive it. I'm tempted too sell my lml and get a new Z06...:spit:
