Not aftermarket, no. OEM replacement from O'reillys.

OReillys= aftermarket made in mexico. Unless it's a genuine GM or AC DELCO, you got aftermarket. Put an ampmeter on the alternator output wire and see just what it is producing at idle. Like I said earlier, beings you got an aftermarket, there is also a chance you got a CS-130 D instead of an AD230. Most people do not know how to tell the difference as they are rather subtle. Theres nothing really wrong with a CS-130D, but they don't seem to put out as much at idle as the newer AD series does.

I have one of these http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000RH38GE/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 (KD 2423D) for doing a quick check on the current flow. I know its not exactly accurate, but if you check both positive and negative, you can determine quickly if its using more than its producing.

You might also want to have the batteries checked. Even though they are 2013, I have seen them go bad in under 12 months. Bad batteries cause strange things to happen.

The more I think about it; the more I see some weak battery symptoms... (Could be all in my head of course). Lights dim when I put the windows up. Cold starts during the warmup process, voltage is below the 1/4 mark (above 9, below the mark below 14). I'll have the batteries tested, just to possibly rule them out
