Ok so no go that's what I was wondering if it would work with no tuning changes. And if I did put it on and tuned it w efi live is it worth it?

u can look on Extreme Prejudice Racing web site (EPR), he lists all the different turbos with pics!... before u go thru all that, try a good efi live tune and get rid of the edge, put a good lift/fuel pump on it and get a built trans, that will keep u happy for a few months!
Hook up with one of the guys here and order yourself EFI, have a DSP5 tune written for what you want and never look back, IMO LBZ is the best truck to leave stock and just go with a tune they rip!!! Lot less work and money than swapping chargers, you'll be happy you did! :thumb:
Trent is a great guy, he can get your truck tuned, or if you are hell bent on swapping turbos he will give you some good options.
No really dnt care to swap turbos just want it to sound throaty as hell. And I been lookin at a dsp2 is there any advantage to the dsp5 other than a couple more tunes? I run my edge on level six(all the way up) and it has the most power and best fuel economy so I was just gone get duramax tuners 480hp tune and a smoke / lope tune on a dsp2
DONT MESS WITH THOSE SMOKE /LOPE TUNES... get some nice tow, daily driver, and a max effort tune.. thats what you need, put them on a dsp5 switch and u will be happy.. those lope smoke tunes are a waste IMO.. u can make ur ruck run 12s or close to it on just a race tune!! well , depending on ur suspension set up
