There are no upgraded turbine wheels/shafts for the IHI; unless you put an S300 cartridge in it.
The stock waste gate is pretty good on the IHI if you set it up right.

Sorry, I was meaning the compressor wheel. I am thinking about putting a 63.5 wheel in with a P&P for my C10 then a set of S360's or 58's on top of that. I just hope it will not eat shafts, I guess a BOV should help a bunch.

I've been running a 150-200k mile IHI W/63.5 comp wheel, ported/polished, and pushing it to 35-38psi on the street and dyno. A number of miles was with a batmowheel that barked all the time; I was waiting for the shaft to brake due to how bad it was sometimes.

If you set your wastegate right, good tuning, and drive smart you shouldn't have any issues.

So far so good, I may just be getting lucky though!!!:D

475 or 480 on top of the stealth 64
Exhaust manifolds and up piped would help too

Just did the manifolds and up pipes. I think RCD puts a 366 shaft set up in the ihi frame plus the bigger turbine wheels. The RCD unit is half the cost of twins and made 703 on a local guys truck. However twins would be ideal.

So buy a twin kit if it would be ideal. Plus it'll make more than the 703 with enough fuel.

They put an S300 cartridge on the IHI exhaust housing then machine the cover to fit.

Unless there a "reason" to run a larger single, I would put twins on being you've got a fairly new high pressure turbo and you'd have more room to grow than a single form RCD. Now if you were going to step up to an S400 then thats a hard decision between that and twins.
