LB7 to LLY Conversion

Anybody know what is needed to convert an LB7 to an early LLY.

Just more time involved. If you don't have efilive and atleast a basic understanding of it, it will be an exciting project for sure. Read through the above link, it will pretty much explain what you need to do.

i have a good set of LLY heads for sale if you are going to do the swap. i thought about it but i dont want to drop that much money into everything you will need.

Eric from duraburb explain to me that electronics communication system in 01-02 are GEN1 and 03-07 are GEN2 so then you have to replace like the whole interior and controls etc.

There are ways around replacing in cab wiring.

i read on here i think that someone did the swap and used the lb7 FICM to run the lly injectors. the voltage is different but it seemed to work.
