Monday I got it hauled up to the shop who's finishing up some things on it. They got it inside yesterday to start on it. Should be going sometime next week.

Before going on a repair hunt, might I suggest you check around and see if you can find a good PDR (paintless dent repair )guy. Many times they will do a whole section -cab roof- at a price much better than the old fill/paint routine and it doen't end up with paint mismatch or fade. Fortunately, I found out in time!

Yea I need to get some PDR quotes on the roof.

Is it possible the truck you got the kit from had a body lift?Maybe a small 1-1.5" body lift could solve your fit issue.

The previous owner did not, the thought of doing a small body lift has crossed my mind as well, but I don't want to do one too badly since I got a ball in the bed.

Also, I swore that the hood on mine was an aftermarket hood. Well I'm pretty sure I'm wrong and that its an OEM hood. Local body supply store told me a few different things to recognize between the two and yea its an OEM hood. I'm not too worried about it. The compressor housing WILL need to be clocked down a little bit, so that will give me a little extra clearance.
