LB7 Problems

I have an 04 LB7 with 125k miles, that has antifreeze leaking into the oil, I am almost positive that it is my head gaskets, but once I replace them with aftermarket head gaskets will this be a reoccurring issue or will it be safe for me to run a tuner. Any help and opinions will be greatly appreciated.

There will be less of a chance, especially if you upgrade to head studs.

Is there a specific type of gaskets that are better then the other?
