I have a 2002crew cab has not been used in 2 years but has been started time to time to keep batteries up . The other day I started it and it was 20 below zero so I let it run for a couple of hours it was fine went to move it and it died ran out of fuel . Put fuel in ,pump primed it and only can get it to fire on the starter this has been a all day deal so I have ck the codes and as soon as I clear a po366 I will crank the heck out of it and it fires but wont stay running ,than I ck and the code is back and than sometimes a cam sensed code comes in can any one tell me is this just from cranking the heck out of it because the fuel loss or is there something else going on other than the -20 degree weather and air in the system.

What I am concerned with these codes coming up could they be what is keeping it from starting and running off the key .or will it still run with the codes

Have you tried clearing the codes? I also wonder if its gelled. I had that problem with mine last year. 22 below and it wouldn't stay running even plugged in.
