I have a 03 LB7 220k mi. Airdog, new thoroughbred CP3, PPE race plug, all new rubber fuel lines. Truck had what I think was a fuel knock and ticking lot of black smoke. I sent the FICM to SIA they said it was fine. Reinstalled it got the truck running drove a mile and it quit. Went from 20k psi fuel to 3k then to 0psi. Hasn't started since. Truck sits with key on 250psi, 300 while cranking never higher. Where do I go from here

Return rate test. Difficult to do on an LB7 but you can start with testing each bank off each cylinder head. Then test the CP3 and pressure relief. See if any are returning too much fuel
Too high fuel return will drain the CP3 of pressure and can make starting and running difficult
My guess would be high return on one or more injectors
