Could a cp3 pump cause injector balance numbers

I'm thinking it needs injectors but being new to diesels I'm open
To any suggestions. I got the balance rates from my solus ultra.

The truck has a slightly rough idle I tried to do a relative compression test
And it keeps failing the Idle want to stay consistent enough to run the test
I all so don't get that good of mpg and at full throttle
I get some white smoke.
I have to fill the coolant every 6 months or so which I think is a injector cup.
The oil level is fine and has not increased or decreased.
Coolant is not changing colors or bubbling.
