LB7 injectors

It's not just lb7's anymore. I've done 3 lbz's the past month. Full sets. Fuel shop can't build them fast enough. Also done a few lly's. And a good bit of Dodges too. All had high returns or fuel knock from multiple injectors.

Most of my personal injectors are borderline out of spec on the return side.

Common rail injectors are not like the old mechanical ones of the 80s and 90s. It only takes the smallest amount of water or dirt at 20,000+ psi to ruin any common rail injector.

Yep, I know of a few LBZ/LMM's that need injectors, but the owners won't do them because they say only LB7's have injector problems. Newer trucks are having as much or more injector problems now that they are getting high miles on them.

That's what I was trying trying to say all these years, knew it would happen. In 3 short years I worked for GM I did just as many lbz/lmm injectors as lb7's but here's the kicker. The lbz/lmm injectors cost WAY more!

Anyone who says lb7 injecots are sooo hard to do and take a looong time are either lying and have never done a set or did everything the hard way and/or don't know all the good tricks.
