Help: LB7 Head Freeze plug??

nope....unless they took it off when they installed the trans....I wasnt home, so i don't know.

The new gasket is different than the old. The rubber on this one, and its a compression type.

So don't think it will blow out.

But its in, just finished tightening it up. Runs good and no leaks.

John's feeling a little under the weather today (took today off work to finally start digging into Clifford) after a longer than anticipated trip to Wayne's to take the trailer back... Damn Busch light will get you every time

figured it out, its the gasket on the cover that says "up" Henry is hooking me up with one he has at the house.

So it's just some cover plate above the starter behind the up-pipe ? I wish I was lucky enough for that to be my problem but my cooling system is pressurized and I seen myself coolant drip off the ID tab on the head gasket. :mad:

yep that its it....maybe 4-5 inches by 1-2 inches......2 bolts....
