Sprung a leak Friday night at the track and truck ran worse every pass so drove it home. Didn't leak at idle to pulled the top cp3 regulator and found the leak, coming from this plug. Did I pop the relief valve? Never seen it leak form there before so figured i'd ask. Also found this copper washer in there, not sure if it's supposed to be in there or not...

FWIW, I ran a 11.41 @ 125 with no airdog
best pass was 10.8 @ 133.

It should not be there and that is most likely why the pressure pushed fuel past it. Copper is too soft for pressures like that.

The part that was stock is gone because the return line was deleted. It should be a metal to metal seal with no added seal points. Look at what a lly relief valve end looks like and you will see the type of contact point. You could get one from Joe at HSP or Tony at All Seasons

Well removed the copper washer, put it all back together and ran the truck, leaks fuel at idle from the plug, so either it's cracked, or I did something wrong. Used one coming in the mail, guess I wont make the track Friday night.
