Looks like an mbrp knock off.
Isn't Rick's pipe like $179 anyway.
Personally I'd pay a little extra knowing I'm getting a quality part and service.
But it never hurts to ask for a deal and explain why.

Considering the degree of PIA to install. I wouldn't worry about the 30 bucks or so. Just think how much you will save if it cracks & you have to pull it & have it welded. Also if purchased from a vendor here they are more likely to help you out in the event of a problem. I checked the Ebay link, feedback sounds like they would leave you high and dry.
With that being said, I roll on a wicked tight budget so I'm always game for a deal. Just have to be careful so called good deals. JMHO
