Congrats to Rick Fletes for a new PB in his stock LB7 Chevelle--> 11.27 @ 118mph... The car came out of the paint booth the night before. it had been 11.45 before this night. Guess paint does add HP:thumb:

Nice! Car looks great. Love the wheel stand!

Do you know if he drives it on the street at all? If so, what kind of mileage does it get? Just curious.

Met Rick at the race in Sacramento a couple of weeks ago and he said it was in the paint shop. I believe it is a bone stock motor. Cool as hell.:thumb:

Congrats on the repower and the quick pass.

How do you get the frame to stand up to all that torque?

Nick- It's a T400 with a 290 gear set.

It's his daily driver because it gets better milage then his D-max. He gets 27-30 mpg. It's a bone stock lb7 with ported intake horn, and ATP tuning. I finally talked him into an LBZ cp3, and traded him for his stock lb7 so he would do it lol. His Plans for the winter are to ditch the stock turbo, and do a bigger remote mount hanging off the pass side.
That's true, it does make the list. 1.61 60', 11.27 @ 118mph
