Yes you can. You need to change reluctor wheels and is about it

Does the crank have to come out to change the reluctor wheel ? I’m trying to save a little money and get good pistons at the same time. I just want to pull my camper around with this truck. No hot rodding so I think the smaller LB7 Rods will be fine. The LMM let go while I was pulling a long hill in NC with the camper. Lots of smoke, a dead cylinder, and lots of blow by coming from the oil fill cap. Even blew out the dipstick.

Need to use the LMM front cover, and Oil cooler elbow if you want it bolt back like stock too. The LMM front cover will have an extra bolt that the LB7 doesn't have. Not a big deal though. Be sure and use all the LB7 balancer/ flywheel stuff.
