We haven't given up on the LB7 for those of you that still have them.

We are currently building an air tube to work with the stock air box for mine. It is 4" all the way and I've done a couple of different versions and would like you to vote for the one you like best.

We may start making them for sale if there's a market for them.

#1 looks like the flow would be better but personally like the look of #2 better. And on a pretty much stock truck #2 should still flow enough and probably no difference on power over #1. So my vote is #2:thumb:

I vot for #2 as it looks like it would fit on mine better than the stock one does. #1 I know fully good and well wouldn't work for me.

That's the lbz+ airbox.

I voted for #1 anyway
Yep, but you would be surprised at how many will argue with you that the LB7/LLY box is just as good. Or they will say the LB7/LLY is good to 500, and the LBZ/LMM is good to 600. I just have to laugh as I've seen the filter minder in bone stock LLY's get sucked clean into the red with NEW filters in them. Put an LBZ box in and you can't believe how much more air the engine moves by doing nothing but changing to an LBZ intake and the rescaled MAF.

Mine did 530 at Danville with stock intake and lbz mp, had a dirty k&n filter too lol. I'll say the stock intake is good for the stock turbo, but I still ditched mine eventually.
