Welcome.

Get ahold of Brad here on the forum. He is a vendor that supports the site. He can probably help with all those items

K&D Service Inc - Brad Sankey - 906-284-0962

You deleting it? Because that will dictate if a shop will touch it and if that shop will, it will also dictate the labor cost. Labor rates are also all over the place.

Best off getting a quote a reputable shop by you. We are not your crystal ball for this answer

I really hope this truck is not on stock fuel. These trucks don't have enough fuel to fully drive a 64mm compressor drop-in.

Note - I'm not in front of my PC to grab a labor estimate, these are ballpark figures and not firm book times.
Turbo book time is 6-8hrs if I recall.
Downpipe will be charged likely 1-2hrs.
Intake should take 0.5hr
ECM/TCM swap: 2hr

Total: 7.5-10.5hr as a guess. As for shop labor rate, can't help you there. Shops range from $75-$200/hr. I would expect $1000 area or more, especially since most shops will increase their labor rate when you bring in parts if they will touch customer supplied parts at all.

Thanks for the response- Its will be on stock fuel initially. Shooting for 650/700whp
Plan to add a FASS lift pump/sump as well

Next year 100% injectors and a built trans for 800-850whp

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but the OEM fuel system and transmission is not going to be happy about your goals. 650-700whp will not live in an OEM trans and is at the limit of the OEM fuel system.

The OEM injectors and HP4 are very well matched in terms of total output. Much over 650-700whp and the HP4 cannot handle it. The "sweet spot" tends to be a 64mm drop-in as it is the best compliment to the OEM fuel system. Over that, I go to larger injectors and a CP3 conversion.

You will need a CP3 conversion to hit that 800-850whp goal reliably in my opinion and experience.

So you want to run 650-700whp on a stock trans with 37s?

Yes, but keep in mind Im not going to be beating this truck to death. Its my DD. It will never tow anything either.

Next yr Im getting a built Trans.

I wish you luck. It won't take many pulls at 650-700whp with those heavy/massive wheels and tires for it to start pulling power due to slip.

Overall you've got a decent start going but there are some items overlooked/misplaced in your timeline.

No such thing my man. You will destroy the so called “built trans” about as fast as the stock one. The 10 speed cannot be built like the 6 speeds and those that claim it are blowing more smoke than cheech and chong

Suncoast Cat 4 rated for 950+?
Of course that if they make it for a 2023 with a 10 speed

Completely overlooked his note on being 2023.

SunCoast doesn't offer a cat 4 for 10L1000 which is the transmission you have. Even then, SunCoast is not near the forefront of built units these days. You do not have an Allison 1000/2000 LCT which is where I am guessing you're Cat 4/950hp+ is coming from. Being a 10 speed, there is NO built 10L that will hold your goals as I am typing this post.

This is the best 10L SunCoast offers which is a cat 3.
