i got the injector and hold down and all out, its just the copper washer is now stuck in the bottom of the head

I thought you meant the injector hmm get a pick and some brake cleaner maybe see uf that'll break.it loose
Use a long thin screw driver,just big enough so the head of it goes thru the hole and gets stuck.then give it a slight twist and it should break free.then pull the copper washer out.
