Tony Burkhard

Allseason Diesel Per.
I have not had a single issue with my braces, I even used it in the DH 2.0 with the factory center link. 1200 HP and watch the video and you will see zero toe-in with just my brace and big tie-rods.

With my setup install only takes minutes. no welding, cutting or drilling. How neat is that?

I also increased my plates to 3/16 because I thought it looked a little light but it still worked perfect in the Hooker with the 1/8 plate.

Forgive my ignorance, but I take it that is replacing the centerlink entirely instead of just a brace? Maybe it's the way I'm looking at it, but I can't get the fit in my head. Edit - I think it's the centerlink ends that are throwing me off.

That's good to know you've had success for so long with this style of brace. If you could get a picture when you get a chance I'd like to see the design.

Do you notice any adverse effect on the steering during normal driving?

I modified the centerlink ends to accept a hiem style tie rod end. Here are some more pics on the truck.

So far the Burkhard brace has worked well for me. However with the off season I haven't gotten any races or pulls in yet. Daily driving it was a bit on the stiff side until the wear plate wore in a bit.

So for daily driving which is better? I heard that solid centerlinks caused uneven/ weird wear patterns on tires. I also have my bars cranked and don't plan on letting them down unless I'm at the strip or hooked to the sled. Also from reading on here if I purchase allseason brace I won't need the pitman idler braces/ can't run them since there wont be enough stud left to thread both onto?
