Keeps throwing belt

My original tensioner had the raised sides to the pulley, used to shred belts, probably from when they jumped.
Put an AC delco on a few weeks ago when I noticed the pulley had a slight wobble, no raised sides, belt walks off the pulley 2 ribs either way every couple runs at the track.

So I'll try the Dayco

checked it every couple runs the other night & not a single issue with the belt jumping

where is the dayco tensioner available? my truck does this as well and I have been through a few belts.
