This one only has like 1000 miles on it. I was watching my rail pressure a minute ago and it surging also and at idle my desire pressure was 4.4 and I was seeing it usually go from 4.1 to 4.6kpsi

Before you do anything read this How to properly check LB7 balance rates.

I check a pickup last weekend with a stock tune and warmed up. With the scanner plugged in, all the rates were with in spec but smoked like a train, raw diesel smell in the exhaust as well. Max out rail pressure and it was still smoking. But when I followed the link to adjust my balance rates based off flow rate, they were all -5 to -6.

Remember the smoking may have to do with the MAF limiting table on Chase's tune. There will be smoke regardless in most cases. My truck smokes quite a bit for a second on Idaho Rob's street and race tune.
