Definently dress appropriately, honestly in an interview just be yourself interviewers know when you are full of it, trust me.

Congrats Kurt, I know a lot of guys that are doing this stuff they are making a lot of money and they all seem to like the hell out of building them. If your in the union and its a decent one they can find you work after those mills are done also. I think you would be ahead to stay with these guys if they're a good bunch to work with.

Stick with the IBEW. Crazy money....I'm not sure about there but in new england they don't have to work hard at all. They get all kinds of stuff like height pay, and hazard pay.


It's a long hard appreticeship but In the end its worth it.

Take it one day at a time man, be thankful you have a job right now. Work hard everyday and be productive, because right about now there are alot of people who wish they were in your shoes and are willing to do it cheaper. Good luck
