I have an 04 LB7 and last winter when towing a 10,000 pound load one of the heater hoses connectors came apart at the fire wall, truck temp before that rarely went above 190 in the summer, now after about 15 miles not towing it gets up to 200 at 65MPH but goes back down when in town not hill climbing. have change water pump and thermostats, what do I check next?

How long ago did the heater core connector come apart? Sounds like you have air trapped in the cooling system.
