Truck clunks hard into drive or reverse. When in drive, after a little bit of throttle, it will kick into neutral and bar under D flashes.

At first had an E valve stuck code, dropped pan, moved E valve in/out a couple times, closed up and now E valve code is gone but still clunks into geear and kicks into neutral.

No Codes
Speed sensors were swapped with know good ones (not new).
NSBU was swapped with a used one, then again swapped with known good one from running truck.
Connections seem to all be golden including on valve body.
Correct amount of fluid.

Kinda at a loss where this issue might be. Seems electrical.

Any ideas anyone wants to throw at me???

Thanks guys.

Stupid question, but have you reset the garage shift adapts in the TCM and then done a half dozen garage shifts through the gears? I know my BURB with an 01 OS takes awhile to do the garage shift relearn and will slam HARD into gear until it does a few garage shifts with a hot trans.

Another thing,

Input Speed is like 1300rpm and when you put into drive, it goes to zero. When I tested on a truck that runs correctly, Input is same as engine rpm, and normal in D.

Thanks Dan and Mike L. They both pointed to speed sensor which I had already changed which is why I was stumped.
However,
Here is a tip, if you are trying to track down a sensor issue, use a new sensor and not a "should be good" sensor :D
