What are you guys doing to help seal the intercooler piping? i'm watching mine now to see if I have a leak or not, but I know the factory o-ring'd ybridge leaks under high boost, so why wouldn't the Intercooler piping? it's nothing more than a few plastic pipes with an oring, that doesn't feel like it's a very tight fit.

PPE boots and clamps. No more 'sploded boots for me. air pressure takes path of least resistance, usually the factory Y-bridge in LBZ/LMM, Rick has a welded bridge.
how do you v- band it? It's a plastic outlet with an 0-ring slip joint seal at the intercooler. I've got a y bridge from Wehrli and plenty of boost to go with it, i'm worried about the intercooler. I've seen over 50lbs of on the boost gauge and i'm just wondering what the rest of you guys are doing?
