Just recieved my new turbo today......I measured the discharge on the compressor housing and from tip to tip it measured 4 1/4 inches...It is a flange style compressor housing. Does anyone know were I can get a clamp and a reducer to 3inches. I can get it from there. I plan on making a larger intercooler pipe on the drivers side.

Jeff, never really left,:hug:just haven't been around as much as usual....Man as you and Craig know, This is my crazy busy time of the year....60+ hours a week is starting to catch up on me and not having a turbo for 4 months has something to do with it.....All well I do have a custom sweet ass kaw vulcan with a bad ass paint job...pics coming soon off topic.....but yes!!!! Simon thats what im looking for other than the 3.5" flange....I would really like a 3" flange like John has so I can use straight silacone boots....Ifs its not possible I would pay someone to turn/ make one....If not this is the last option I know of....Thanks simon I looked at this last night but just want to make sure this is the last option before buying. Man am I having withdraws of my dmax:( I am really considering putting the stock charger on just to drive the damn thing....Thanks for the info gentlemen

I should have added I will be making a driver side 3" intercooler pipe as well....A complete kit that was reasonable would be sweet. But I have become a pretty damn good mig welder/drinker the last couple of winters ( mechanics special) So im not a stranger to fabing stuff up....Just need a set of training wheels LOL ( V band clamp and reducer) to get me started :D

OT The Good lookin GF that lives with me full time might have something to do with my slow progress....thats for you Jeff. Talk dirty to her and she might give ya a couple $ more at the bank:rofl::angel: Man I hope that dont get me into trouble. No pun intended

Don't want to horn in on any body, but I need to make a couple for myself and a another friend. Figue I could do a few more. I'm going to make mine with the blowoff flange attached to it (closer to the turbo the better). I'll post some pics when done. Might be a good alternative to those needing blowoffs. I just weld them to a flange now and they go inline (extra silicone hookup though).

Here it is Eric. I'll be doing a 3" pre I/C pipe set up with a blow off as well. It will be similar to Johns. I'm using my 50mm Tial and hump hose on the conections. I'll post some pics when done. Trying to get the last few pieces.
You can see the dia differance on the 3" OD compared to the 2 3/8" OD that is normally supplied with these flange turbos. I'm sure this will help with movement of the hotter (expanded) air on the pre I/C side.
