she like it?

She didn't mind it for a while, a lot of desk time on the phone which she didn't like. Did it for about a year and now she is a sales rep for a drug company.
I also have a buddy that works in insurance doing claims, he likes it quite a bit.

I've been adjusting claims for over 10 years, and found this to not be the case. In fact, my experience has been that the worse the catastrophe, the calmer the insured.

Go figure...

My buddy has that gig. He likes it for the most part. Makes good money, has company car. Ha also said the bigger the claim the less emotional they are for the most part. He said the BS claims are the ones they get emotional on. Jeff
