My truck has cab lights, and i love it. but right now im looking at buying a EC/LB LBZ, and the truck doesnt have em. has anybody ever put cab lights on a truck that hasnt come with em?

Hardest part is knowing how far back from the windshield to put them. Stock lights are no problem but aftermarket lights can shine on your hood if too far forward.

I know a guy with an 07 with factory cab lights. Got a roll of kraft paper and put it on his roof. Cut out where the lights were. Made some measurements. Laid the template out on my roof , put the recons in the holes, marked with a pencil and started drilling
I put the NNBS on my first DMAX (05).
Measurements I used were:
3.5" from the sides
5" from front
and 27" on center

I think I'm going to do this us well I'm going to pull the harness out of a wrecked truck to make it look totally factory or is this what you guys are doing as well
Did you use one of there wiring kits for the nbs truck or the classic trucks? This is exactly what i want to do
nope, i just made up my own wire, and tied it into a running light wire. i can look tomorrow to see where i tapped it, i cant remember lol
