Some of you may have seen this but for the ones who haven't it is very inspiring to me as I went through some tough times when I was young. But now I have a loving women and great family and friends around me an god by my side.

I wonder if this show really pisses off the liberals. God fearing, gun loving family oriented country folk is what they despise of. If we could get as many people out to vote that watch this show, we wouldn't have all these shitheads in government.

Couldn't agree more! They are people to look up to in my book! Love them and my kids want to go to West Monroe, La to meet them in person, lol!

I have read Phil's book , Willie and Corrie's book and I am now reading Si's book . I know it sounds like a cliche' but the books are WAY better especially Phil's . Its probably the best book I've read . It goes into a lot more detail .

Duck Dynasty is one of the only shows on primetime you can sit down with a 4 year old to watch and not have to worry about him picking up vulgar language or just repeating something he heard in public embarassing the hell out of ya .

I agree^^ i watched this video when it was first put out, and it is certainly an inspiring testimony. Its not easy to admit your past, much less on camera when millions of people now know who you are, but if it helps others, im glad they did it.
Iv met a couple of them before the show blew up like it did. Willie had buck commander years before this, but my aunt grew up around them, and moved to Shreidport a couple years ago after her time in the military was up. The guys i met seemed very down to earth when we talked, Martin is actually a Tennessee fan (i met him at the orange and white game),and Jase said the rest of the boys were LSU fans of course. I would love to go back and go to Duck Commander Sunday when Phil preaches.

You got that right! A true family show! I read Phil's books and I don't read books. It was very good. Would love to tag along with Phil for a few!

Its written in a way that uses Si's speach pattern ( its almost like you can hear him in your head speaking ) . So far its good but I would say the best book out of the 3 is Phil's at this point .
