What would be to best size for everyday driving and with good MPG. Would be running a S366 for now, but looking a compounds later and I don't what to run out of fuel. Looking for 600 HP most of the time, but I want to beable to support up to 600-800 HP on race tune.

I went with 50% but they are big for a s366 or stock rod motor. 30-45% would work good from what I have read.

When I get around to doing compounds, i am looking at doing a S475 under the S366. I am still in the possess of making up my mind what rods to put in it, so I am trying to get my duck in a row.

I have Industrial Injection 60% injectors. Did them at the same time as I went to a S371. After a bit of tweaking on the tune, the truck gets about the same mileage as before (often a hair better), doesn't smoke/smell, and drives great. I wouldn't do anything smaller, IMO.

45 to 60% over would work best. If you plan to tow often or heavy stay 60 and under. Either injector would work great with the proper tuning. Exergy is the hands done best at what they do. I strongly suggest using their parts.

I had just my nozzles honed 60% over. I know many hate the idea but it was cheap. I have seen some extrude honed 60% nozzles go low 10's on a lb7.

Id go bigger on the primary than a 475 especially with a s300 secondary

I agree with everybody else on the 60% nozzles, $100 more than 45% so why not
