I would be looking other places before blaming it all on the injectors. It seems very strange to me that they would just all go out like that.
Unless you got some garbage to go down the rails and kill them. What is your rail pressure like?
Is there any codes?
I'd look at all the wiring too. Also what was said above; pull the glow plugs and crank.
How does the balancer look while the engine is running? Have any blow by?

I think Awenta means to watch the harmonic balancer to make sure it's spinning true. If it's wobbling, that can be a sign of a broken crank.
I can't see any wobble in the balancer.
Those balance rates are extremely high and very odd that all are like that. I'd definitely be looking at a lot more than just thinking injectors only. Looking at actual vs desired rail pressure is a good start. Also a fuel sample may tell something since it happened all of a sudden. Does truck have an extended crank at all? Did you just recently fill up at fuel station?
The engine cranked for 4-5 seconds before starting up this morning.
I'm going to try to get ahold of some injector cleaner and run that through today.
