Since I cant get this old one out with out pulling the head, what about using copper gaskets making along with the old washer?

I wouldn't do that . if you raise the height then you might be spraying outside the bowl .

You might try a bore cleaning brush. If you have new washers, find a brush that fits very tightly. Push it all the way through and see if you can pull the washer out when you pull it back out. I can't believe the copper washer is stuck that bad. It's worth a shot.

It looks like aluminum where it was scarred from the pick and stuff down in the hole..... Not copper color, are the washers an alloy, or should it be copper all the way through???

Tomorrow morning I'm going to pull another injector. One that hasn't blown so hopefully the washer will come right out with the stick. I'm going to put a digital caliper gauge down in the hole to see if there is a depth difference. That should tell me if I somehow never put the washer in, or if its really stuck. I don't know what's worse though.... Where I scared the bottom of the cup if its not I'm there, or the old one being stuck in there.

Than wtf???? It was a very slim chance imo that I never put a copper on. I woulda check those 3 times before putting injectors in. But I guess its possible. Anyone with a spare Lbz head laying around I have a favor to ask. I measured about 101mm from whatever was at the bottom of the hole to the top of the valve cover. The washers brand new uncrushed are 2mm. Please let me know what yall measure. That should give me a pretty good chance of knowing if something is there or not.

Did you ever get it out if so how I currently have one stuck too

Hell idk lol. It didn't look like it was down there when I got my head in there. But I need a measurement from another Lbz head to know forsure. Just put a new one on and called it good.
