Okay so as of now I need to remove 2 washers that are stuck in my heads. They aren't budging. (4 and 7 both horrible spots to see in) I talked to a sharp duramax guy about it, he thought I must of used LLY washers. Appearently the llys are alittle bigger and will get stuck down in an lbz head. Now heres where I'm confused.... You can buy a lly injector seal kit and an lbz injector seal kit, 2 different parts. But in the engine rebuild kit from mahle clevite for llys and lbzs they are the same kit. They come with everything but the head gaskets to reseal your vgt gmt800. Soooo, yeah what the hell  I guess they give lly washers only.

I'm pretty sure the LLY/LBZ/LMM copper washers are all the same. LB7 washers are a little bigger.

Small 90* pick came to mind for me also.

I know those areas are hard to get your head in to look down in there. Maybe you could stick a camera over there easier to get a better shot down in there to verify they are or aren't stuck down in there?

I know they are. There's no way in hell I forgot to install 2 washers. The first one I thought it was very very unlikely that I did, but I couldn't see it. I was using tie wire bent over to try and snag them but it just bends. I'll try and get a pick, or a long screw.

What about a socket type easy-out on an extension?

That would probably work. I tried using a file but I couldn't twist it enough without a handle on it. I'm picking up washers today, along with some tools to try and fix it before tomorrow night
