Anyone find a good replacement for fuel return line o-rings? The one's that seal the little plastic tee's to the injector. I have several that are getting torn up and starting to seep a little. GM only sells the return lines as assembly's.:(

Thanks.

No, that would work obviously. But I would like to replace only the o-ring.

AJ,

We can get the whole return hose with t's in it for around $25 to $30. I haven't seen where we can get just the orings...

Hmmm. That's not a bad price for the assembly's. If I can't find an o-ring that works I will get in touch with you.

Thanks Tim.

Bump for oring info, I have a brand new return assembly on my truck and one is leaking. I'm sure even though I lubed the orings I must have torn one and I don't want to buy another assembly.

I didn't have any luck in AK finding that seal... Nothing Cat had was that small. I nicked one when I did the head gaskets on my truck. I cleaned the seal up with brake clean and used some black RTV called the right stuff on the seal. Hasn't leaked since. I will have to hunt in Boise for that o-ring when I get chance.
