Hi, I have a 2011 LML that has around 260k on it. My injector rates are something I’m questioning a little. Truck runs great and doesn’t smoke unless cold started then nothing after a puff of smoke. Injector rates at idle in park are something like this

1. -0.6
2. 3.6
3. -0.1
4. 1.3
5. -0.4
6. 0.4
7. -1.1
8. -2.8
And when in drive with brake applied when warm it reads

1. 0.1
2. 2.3
3. 0.7
4. 1.5
5. -0.5
6. 0.2
7. -0.8
8. -3.5

Have them all displayed on my cts2 and was thinking 2 and 8 might need replaced but don’t know much about injector rates, second diesle I’ve owned and first v8 diesel. It also throws a code for a fuel temp sensor and is cp3 swapped so no sure if that has much effect on it or not also.

The specs are + or - 4 in park or neutral and + or - 6 in drive not moving foot on brake. Both tests done with engine fully warmed up

These numbers are also adjusted based on main rate mm3. So we need this number to know if your balance rates are any good

How would I go about being able to find that out? I do know they are all stock sized injectors.

How are you reading the balance rates? The scanner that can read balance rates should be able to show main rate

That should give you the main rate. Read the balance again with a fully warmed up engine and give us the numbers with main rate

it only gives me the option to measure the flow rate. i do know they are stock sized injectors but idk the main rate of stock injectors.
