LLY: injector problem

I am new and need some help, have a 04.5 lly that has a injector noise that comes and goes and only happens after a shift around 1800 rpm and goes away at about 2100.
Fuel filter is fresh and running treated fuel . injection harness has the gm fix and all balence rates are in spec but all run in the negative except cyl 7.
Any ideas

Just because the rates are good, doesn't mean they are good injectors. You should do a return rate test to see if they are returning too much fuel.
