I cant speak on quality yet , but i just got a set of 45% overs from George ( bigdipper) I will see how they are, but alot of guys I trust trust George and thats enough for me . The balanced sets from Guy are the best option but was outside my price range . Most of the guys I run around with are using DDP's and have had good luck with them .

if you have 1500$ i'd get Guy's that flow sheet is a damn nice insurance. George's injectors for a 1/3 of the price a good option as well

Im pretty sure Dippers injectors are balanced out.

they are all suppose to be "balanced" some guys have there heads up their asses and some know what they are doing. Ask othrgrl about non flow tested injectors. MELTED! Pistons.

George flows them before and after , I dont think the pressure is near what Guy is using though .

Thats the thing not many shops out there can reliably test to 190 mPa and further...I saw a flow sheet of some 05 CR tips from Industrial Injection they were so far out of wack some were 15%-25% higher or lower. The truck ran like shit and the injectors were the culprit. If you have to ask me a shop like industrial injecting there parts should be very reliable and precise. Obviously there will be some variation. That is why i would seriously explore Guy's... you send your whole injector to him and he tests each injector not just the tips using a totally different injector.

no one will ever argue that being the truth , But for me I know alot of people that have had good luck with standard injectors that were not flowed at that pressure . quite frankly i will never pay that price for injectors . And yes Industrial injectors suck , my freind matt larson blew his head gasket the very first time he went WOT on his injectors from them, they wouldnt even stand behind them .

Its a personal choice and should remain that way . we all know the risks and its up to the buyer to make the call . Like I said , alot of people I trust have used Georges injectors and have had excellent success with them .

X2 the have been track tested. IIRC rob picked up .3 by running a set of George's injectors.

Remember not everyone will see these similar gains... people far too often go well Steven Glansberry ran a 12.5 @105 with the SAME exact combination i am running but I can only run a 13.0 @ 101.... The comparisons are nice to have an idea but don't even think your gains will be matched by me or anyone else because that is the nature of the beast:D

so you're suggesting george doesnt know what hes doing?

you dont have experience with any aftermarket injectors so dont knock it till ya try it...

I have george's injectors as well and they are beautiful. Hardly any smoke even with -20* cold start, lower EGT's, much quicker turbo spoolup, and the balance rates are all well within spec. Even with a 100% STOCK tune it feels like Im zipping around with easily an extra 100hp.

I never said that, I have talked to George and have talked to very reputable people who trust him 100%... that is enough for me. I was talking about Industrial Injection, DDP, and Extrude Hone.

In DDP's defense they do a good job on LB7 injectors, and have the equipment to flow test them to high pressures. If you have the coin I would go with Guy. If you don't have that kind of budget George seems to be a very good option as well.

I would highly recommend having injectors tested after the tips are modified to be sure that as a unit all 8 injectors flow within a very close percent of each other. I put a set of used LLY injectors that I was told were 90hp Dynomite injectors. Judging from the looks of my motor when I tore it down they didn't flow anywhere near each other - I scimped and didn't have them tested when I bought them and paid the price by my stock motor letting go long before I feel it should have. In a built motor that you have alot of money invested in don't scimp on injectors.
