injector leak?

I have a 06 duramax that I recently changed the pushrods on, I reused all the bolts and gaskets, the only leak I have appears that it comes from the number two injector, I tried to tighten the holddown bolt but had no luck. should I change the washer on the injector or just the bolt? do you think a new bolt will fix it? I ordered 8 new bolts and 8 new injector washers.

Did you change the washers when you had the injectors out? if not then I would pull it and change.

I always put new washers and o rings on anytime I pull injectors. I think some guys reuses the copper washers, but they are only meant to be used once
