hi I in thr process of putting in my new injectors... but as dumb as this sounds the copper washer seems to have a thicker lip on one side than the other. does it have to go a certain way? Also the injectors can twist a touch in the hole even with the hold down there but not tight. if it isn't exact wont it make the seal on the return lines hard to go together flush u know??? I just want it to go together..... once lol:)

Never noticed a difference in the "lip". Just put them on and go.

Never had an issue with return lines lining up after torquing injectors. If you are concernes you could start the banjos at all of them before final torque.

Least on lly~lmm they have the same edge of both sides. Idk what a lb7 looks like, but it's sounding like your talking about a used copper??? If that's the case you need new ones, hopefully I'm mis interoperating you?
