Ok lift pump is in and holds rail pressure at desired and drives much better on the top end ...BUT i left my negative battery cable loose when i went ffor test drive and now im getting a v0100 lost communication with ecm/pcm ??? Where did this come from what does it mean ...truck runs fine
Did that and cleared it 3 times and it is still there no CEL some could it be one of those that takes a few cycles of the key to go away ? It doesnt seem to be an issue other then bugging the crap out of me lol

Quite possibly requires key cycles or EFI Live/Tech 2 to remove. Need to see if it's an active code or how many times it was set to be sure the problem is gone.
Got power for the lift pump from the red power box used for jump starts and ground is bolt on motor and i still need a good key on ignition source im using the parking lamp fuses and i need a better fuse thats not controled by lights
