impressive sts turbo gasser

I know it's not a diesel but I still think it's pretty impressive for a gasser with sts turbo kit. Similar setup to my cousins z71. Just finished with kit, built finish line tranny w/yank 3200, 212/212 531/531 lsa 113 cam, fmic, p&p heads, custom hp tuning. Needs to make a pass soon....

I think that was me driving Blue at California Speedway before the moved the track. I will double check with Pat in the morning.

I don't remember all that happened. IIRC he did window the block though. It was a long night. Two truck went home on tow trucks that night. Frank's and Charles broke his front end

That was back before everyone cracked pistons, he threw a rod. He was the first guy to blow up an LLY IIRC, running propane and nitrous, he coasted to a low 13-something in that run IIRC, and that was absolutely hauling ass back then...I remember that night when the vid first got posted up. Everyone up until then thought the dmax was invincible.

Charles front end was real bad. I think he even had Super Diesel parts on. It was the bling tires and rims he just installed that made it break.

That was the BOV, sholud be a TIAL if he installed what comes with the kit, But mine didnt sound like that. It blew off quicker.
