Well maybe next time. Struggled mightily getting the truck to build boost on the line. E brake doesn't work. Needs line lock or something. Had two runs of 2.2 60s. Final pass was a 1.9 60 but he missed 6th. Still managed a 13.7 @ 94. There's still hope.
I actually had a truck setup with two line locks. One just for the front brakes to simplify a burnout without roasting rear brakes.
A second line lock on a momentary switch to lock all four corners. We could lock it, then concentrate on slipping the clutch and adding fuel. Once it was time to go, release the button and blast off.
Redneck, manual trans brake. Ha ha ha ha
Latest installment : 2008 2wd LMM with 311k, slicks, tune, raptor and ppe rail fitting. Ran low 13s in King of the Street all night in trials. In the 13.0 index went 13.02, 13.03, and 12.99 lifting on 2 of 3 runs. Can't get much better than that. 12.99 was at 101 mph lifting when he broke out in semis. 1.87 was best 60.
That's awesome my LMM lifted with 33's woud run 13.1's in stock form so there's more in it. Get that 60' down and keep that right foot into the firewall. Lol...
Regular cab with crank windows of course. The only way he rolls. :roflmao:
Mickey m/t slicks on stock aluminum 16s. This is a whole new ballgame setting up versus his 4wds. 1.87 60 was not bad first time out. The tune has a little more in it. I wanted to see how it responded and how strong the pump.
