Im looking to buy a newer Duramax and have some questions. 1 Will I loose warranty if I alter anything? And 2 If i do take the emmision stuff off will truck run well. Ive owned some semis but never a diesel pickup. I do know that the emmision shit on newer semis makes them run like shit such as the ISX Cummins with thr burner and The DEF on the 60 Series.Thanks!

None of the modifications I have done have netted me better fuel mileage, if it did it would take more years than I have left to live to recoup the cost of said modification...

We do it for the power, fuel mileage is just a bonus

Yeah Im definentley gonna want the power! I just dont want to crazy with to many addons that I damage the engine. What would be a good start?

EFI live, lift pump, exhaust, EGR delete. You can still tune it and leave emissions intack and it will run good as well. Intake will not be needed for stock fuel/turbo applications.
