Well...

So I got it out and removed the electronic plug for e.

There are 2 Burs/cuts where that e plug enters the body. One at about 4 ocklock and one at 8 ocklock. (6 ocklock is the wore terminal)

I'm assuming I am going to break the valve body in half for good cleaning.

Update;

Water and dirt entered through a missing dipstick grommet. (Oriellys actually had one on the shelf and advanced and autozone don't even Carry the part)

I called suncoast for last minute suggestions and they said to hook the reamer tool to a drill. That way it could spin and move in and out.

Worked like a charm! Cleaned everything up and we are good to go!

Installing here in about 10 minutes

I always thought about using a paint filter/strainer to clean fluid out in cases like this. Get a pump and run it through a spin on Allison filter....

Alright true mechanics out there.

If I take the NSBU off can I manually shift the tranmission by grabbing the Lever and twisting it?

Can an NSBU lock up the PRNDL like that?

Boom! Done! Truck runs like a champ again!

I missed a pain that aligns in a groove to shift the NSBU.
