I started working in Afghanistan several years ago and I never visited this site so I was booted... well after my last vacation back to the states I decided to keep my truck and started to look into upgrades for it... right now she is mostly stock just new skin and shoes. I am looking to get her up to around 600HP, (2007.5 LMM), any ideas or inputs will be greatly appreciated.

its not a problem, im not harboring any ill will towards the site, lol, I know that if you don't visit often enough you get booted. Some of the bases ive been on over here the internet really sucks so the limited internet time I did get I used for email. now im on a bigger base with no real internet problems.

Thanks!

I didn't have a lot of time to have it done the way I really wanted it but it will be an easy enough time to have it finished. I just need to do the inside of the wheel wells in black. and as soon as I figure out which bumpers im going to get they will be covered in line-x as well... along with my bed aux fuel tank, and the new grille.

(Im a US NAVY Vet too, bubble head, Anchors Aweigh bro)

NO you don't know. Not visiting the site has nothing to do with getting booted, being deleted etc. We don't do that, the site is not setup to do it automatically. Whatever your other username was it is still active if you were in fact registered here.

I wonder how much weight it adds to line x a whole truck:confused:

The dealer said it would add about 150 pounds to the truck, its approx. 1/16" thick.
but now I don't need to worry about dings and paint chips... and it seemed that every time I went back to the states for vacation there were new digs and scratches in my paint, I had a lot of pin sized cancer spots all over the hood and in some other locations, now they are all sanded down and gone... even though no one is supposed to be using it. Its just supposed to be started once a week with the remote starter and left to time out after 15 minutes.

Id hate to ask what all that LineX cost. It's unique, thats for sure.

The price wasn't too bad, a lot less than I expected, $2500. It was kind of a promotional cost, he just started his line-x business and was anxious to get his name out there. His sprayer came from another shop and had been spraying line-x for the last 7 years.

and I like unique... I miss my 98 HUMMER and I don't like seeing 20 different kinds of my truck everyday so I figured that almost no one else will have a line-x'd truck.

Just combine his posts under the new username, and call it a day?

I didn't have a lot, I was only on the site for a short time before I came to Iraq and Afghanistan and then I went straight to a fob that had crappy internet.
