Being stupid, why race in the streets don't matter where you live in the US 20 miles over posted speed limit is gonna kill you and kill innocent people and for some Dumbasses like that now everyone think that WE ALL are the same.

I've done burnouts, donuts, and raced on main streets in towns where I've worked. I even did 110 down Main Street in butler, Pa to the rig one morning. Got lucky, and have since slowed down a little. One mistake and your life can change forever.

I was involved in one of those mistakes, so I take it seriously. I may play every now and again, but I do it where its only me involved. To do it in a city, with cars and people everywhere is beyond irresponsible. Quite honestly he should be facing charges for doing something like that in a residential area. It only takes an instant, and somebodies life can change(or end) just that fast. I'm 35 and was lucky, but I'm not expecting to be able to walk 9n my own in just a few years at the rate I'm going, but I know what happened to me could have been so much worse. I hope lessons are learned from this, and am thankfull that nobody was hurt.
