I think my turbo is done????

I have super high EGTs when gettin on it, my truck is super laggy, EGTs want to sit at 400deg at idle in park, little bit of black soot on compress inducer fins. Its been like this for a few weeks and thought it was my cracked up-pipe but since i have replaced them the issue is still there. What else could it be? I have checked all the charge pipes, boots, no leaks, turbo has no play and spins freely?? When i get on it it smokes like a freight train.

What do you guys think? Ive all ready picked out a turbo, think im doin the 66 74 silver bullet. I got a smokin price on one and it will bolt up to my T3 pedistal.

Any suggestions on what the problem may be besides a bad turbo would be great. Oh, suggestions on a turbo would be good too.....NO TWINS!):h

Nope, no intercooler leaks. I have a lil deal i made that clamps onto my intake and i pressurize my engine up with air to 15-20psi or so. Ive checked it a few times and did have a boost leak along time ago but its fixed now......what else could it be?? Chad at Alligator seems to think its my charger too.

No, its been like this for a few weeks, i just thought it was laggy, etc, because of the cracked stock up-pipe. I got all the leaks fixedand its still a turd mobile.
