Went to buy a new Black GMC last week. Sent the money for Mike to pick it up and when he turned up there the dealer backed out of the deal - said he wouldnt sell it knowing it was going out of the country. Apparently GM will strip the dealer of their dealership if they sell new ones out of the country as GM has no (export ) policy. Seems strange to me. One would think they would want to sell all the trucks they could, especially at the moment. So I sent Mike to buy this little Grey one. 4x2 LMM. By the time he drove it home it was used and he sold it to me. After I get it here it costs me more than the new price of the truck to have the steering wheel put on the other side. Thanks all those who helped out looking for me. I also bought this 04 CC Longbed 4x4. Mike will be doing a trip up to Longbeach soon to get them on the boat for me. Thanks Mike. Then the project starts all over....

Sweet Mick.

Do you have to move the steering wheel by law or is that just your choice?
I know right hand drives can be driven legally in North America without having to swap stuff around.

If they are 30 y.o. or older we can drive them Left Hooker but otherwise its a no Dale. Just protects the businesses that do the conversions, thats all. Otherwise what would the difference be driving it now or waiting 30 years and then being able to drive it?
