Be careful driving in 5th gear with it for a little while. Let the transmission learn the new values, or it will bug out and limp. As far as 1-2-3-4 it will be fine if your trans doesn't have any current issues. Now, I'm not saying it's trans safe... I don't recommend over 100. But yes i do run a 200tune.

Yeah my trans is in perfect running condition as of right now at almost 250k miles. I already let off of the shifting with my 5th tune which i think is an 100 tune, still havent limped my trans once since owning the truck

Talk to Henry, buy exhaust, egr blocker plate, and an autocal with tonys tunes on it and be happy until you want to spend 4000+ on your Trans. Then do that, get new tunes for free and be happy again. Repeat until your truck is worth more than your house.

Have you dynoed this 150 tune? cause doubt a 150 rear wheel tune will hold in a 5 speed. whose tunes?
A 5 speed can hold quite a bit of power up till the 4-5 shift. Mines held a 150 tune for 2 years and still holding. Gotta keep the torque low and keep a lot of defuel in her and she'll do just fine. I clicked off several 13.5-13.6s on my 230k stock trans at 4500+ft with shitty DA. My trans acted up and thought it was shot a few month ago but it was a bad TCM.

In fifth gear you've held a 150 tune?

Did you read my post? You can hold quite a bit of power up till the 4-5 shift as you know. I can hold a 120 tune all day in 5th clicking it down from a 150 or 180. Ive ran a 3200US tune before up till 4-5 shift and it did just fine. But have adjusted things as in torque, defuel, where you want the fuel to come in at RPM, TCM , ect to really keep the stock trans as happy as possible while running bigger tunes.
